THE FIELD FOUNDATION acts by strategically stimulating and maximizing efforts and resources in support of projects within six program areas: Education, Environment, Community Welfare, Health, Culture, and Community Affairs.
Each program area has a significant catalytic effect upon efforts to enhance the vitality and quality of life of the community. The Foundation receives nearly 400 funding requests annually in its six program areas and typically supports more than 100 individual organizations each year with nearly $3 million in grantmaking.
Grant applications are accepted three times throughout the year (January 15, May 15, and September 15) but proposals may be submitted throughout the year. If the organization received funding in the previous year(s), it will be asked to submit a final report on the use of funds. Please review the information under Program Grants and the Emergency and Technical Assistance Grants sections for steps to apply.
