.Cassidy Dimon (she/her/they) is the inaugural executive director of FWD-Doc: Filmmakers with Disabilities., a global, intersectional community of over 1,200 disabled creators and allies working in media to build a more inclusive, accessible, and equitable entertainment industry.
Previously, Cassidy was the Director of Programs & Accessibility at Full Spectrum Features, a Chicago-based, arts nonprofit uplifting the stories of women, LGBTQ+, disabled, and BIPOC communities through film production, exhibition, and field-wide initiatives.
Cassidy is the founder of the Film Event Accessibility Working Group (FEAW), a collective that harnesses the collaborative power of event professionals to help film exhibitors across the country develop and execute accessible film events.
