POSITION OVERVIEW
We seek a highly organized, assertive professional who excels at prioritizing competing demands and anticipating executive needs. This part-time role (up to 30 hours/week) supports the President and leadership team, with one day in-office and remaining hours remote. The annual compensation range is $54,720-$60,480.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: EXECUTIVE SUPPORT
Strategically manage President's calendar, communications, and relationships; screen inquiries, coordinate logistics, manage expense reporting and, ensure timely follow-up on all action items
Create and maintain efficient information systems, including CRM records, confidential documentation, and governance materials; prepare correspondence and meeting materials
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including hybrid meeting setup, process improvements, and special projects; serve as a proactive problem-solver anticipating needs
QUALIFICATIONS
Executive Support Mastery: 3+ years experience in supporting C-level executives: demonstrates exceptional organizational abilities; anticipates needs and prioritizes competing demands; manages sensitive information with discretion; maintains professional presence with all stakeholders
Technical & Communication Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools; clear and effective communicator across various channels; skilled in optimizing administrative systems and workflows for maximum efficiency
Professional Excellence: Proven ability to maximize productivity within limited hours through independent judgment and resourcefulness; experience with board relations and governance processes preferred; thrives in dynamic environments requiring adaptability
Education: Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
COMPENSATION & DETAILS
$38.00-$42.00 per hour (up to 30 hours/week, 48 weeks/year)
Hybrid schedule: one day in-office, remainder remote
