Leadership Investment Program Officer
analía rodríguez (they/them/elle) is the Leadership Investment Program Officer for the Field Foundation of Illinois. analía (who does not capitalize their name) is primarily responsible for managing Field’s signature Leaders for a New Chicago Award program, an innovative partnership between the Field and MacArthur Foundations, which recognizes leaders who are designing new and impactful approaches to civic discourse and action and bringing transformative change to their communities.
analía is a longtime community organizer and the former Executive Director of the Latino Union of Chicago, a grassroots community organization that fights wage theft and advocates for improved temporary worker conditions. They live in Little Village.
